With a track record of managing operating budgets up to $600M, she brings expertise in financial strategy and operational oversight with innovative solutions to drive performance. Known as a trusted and strategic partner, LaTasha has been instrumental in leading companies to strong financial margins, spearheading revenue enhancement initiatives and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality of care and service delivery.

 

LaTasha’s expertise is derived from serving in audit and advisory services at “Big 4” public accounting firms Arthur Andersen, LLP and Deloitte & Touche, LLP as well as private company audit and operational accounting.  Having served more than 15 years with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and more than six years with Orlando Health, also a former client of L. Barnes Consulting, LaTasha’s keen focus and understanding of the care delivery system enabled careful consideration of transformative ideas and strategies to drive significant favorable financial outcomes for both organizations during her tenure.

 

A dedicated philanthropist, LaTasha contributes time and talent to various non-profit organizations. She currently serves as Board Vice-President of Girls, Inc. of Pinellas, Board Treasurer of Encore Creativity for Older Adults and on the Board of Directors of the Shirley Proctor Puller Foundation.
